This article describes the browser, network, and email requirements for running GS.
Browsers
For the best experience, use one of the following supported browsers.

Information
The only browsers which currently support serial port access are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop operating systems. Serial port access is not supported on Android or iOS.
Network Requirements
If your organization restricts outbound internet access, configure your firewall or proxy to allow the following domains.

Email Allowlist
If your organization filters incoming email, allow messages from:
no-reply@gs.hertzler.com
This address is used to send automated emails such as Reports, Alerts, password resets, and other system notifications.
Updates to Network Requirements
The domains and email addresses used by GS may change over time. If your organization maintains strict firewall or email filtering rules, periodically review this article to ensure your allowlists remain current.
